Candle Wax iPhone App
While redesigning the Wax and Wix Shopify store, I explored every aspect of the business, from customer preferences to candle production details, and found the entire process fascinating. Simultaneously, in Facebook candle-making groups, I noticed a frequent problem with determining the correct wax to fragrance oil ratio for large batches, often leading to significant waste. Motivated by this challenge and my interest in app development, I created an app that calculates the precise amounts of wax and oil needed to make a specific number of candles. I also monetized the app using Google AdMob. In its first year on the app store, it achieved 10,200 downloads, which was a great success for such a niche market.
